A complete dosing system is not simply a pump and a tank placed together. Confirming the process and site conditions before delivery reduces on-site modification and commissioning time.

Chemical & Concentration

Identify the chemical name, concentration, temperature, corrosiveness and whether it crystallises, then determine the tank material, agitation method and piping material.

Flow & Pressure

Provide the maximum, normal and minimum dosing rates and the discharge pressure so we can confirm the pump type, pump head material and motor power.

Controls & Electrical

Confirm the control method, signal interface, explosion-proof requirement, power supply standard and earthing requirements; provide the instrument signal type where interlocking is needed.

Site Conditions

Confirm the base dimensions, headroom, transport access, inlet and outlet directions and maintenance space; provide site photos or a layout drawing where necessary.
